black circle in the middle of the screen

hello everyone

when i set brightness to minimum on my galaxy s2 there is a small black circle in the middle of the screen. its only there when brightness is low and the screen is dark, not black.
just wanted to know whether you have it too.

I have not heard anyone else with this problem.

I can't imagine that this could be anything other than a defective phone.

No black spot on mine either.

Does awfully sound like a faulty screen. This can happen from time to time, bearing in mind the millions of screens being produced.

Get it checked out under warranty.

i have something like this. only visible on solid dark colors like gray, blue, etc. it's not in the center of my screen, but towards the lower right. it's definitely a faulty screen but i'll live with it. i never see a solid color like those mentioned and was only able to see/notice it with the drop down notification background. that is now transparent...

after the SGS2 comes out for AT$T, i'll prob buy one temporarily and send mine to Samsung so that they can replace it. but yes, def a faulty screen.
