If the mark is in every picture. It's probably a fault in the camera, which would require repair or replacement.

Yes, your instagram is really interesting.
This is the first time I've encountered this problem. And of course it's very hard to tell from your photo. It doesn't look like a cracked camera lens glass. It looks more like some kind of watermark. But it's kind of weird.
