Yes i know this should have probably went in the TMobile G2 section but there the same phone and alot more people view this forum.

Anyways can anyone with the black Hero/G2 post some photos please as the only pics i've seen are promo shots

From what i can find there all either the Brown version or the graphite version offered by orange.

I'm looking for the black one sold with t-mobile

I can confirm that there is a solid black version. I ordered from ebay earlier this week and requested black.. I was shocked when I opened the box and the device is solid black. I was expecting the bronze/black combination that I had seen all over the net. I had not even see a pic of the solid black one. Anyway, it looks real nice so I am not complaining. I can post pics if anyone wants to see it. Oh, and it's unbranded unlocked version.
