Help Black screen after calling

Hi all,

I have quite an ennoying problem: when I call, my screen turns black because of the sensor, no problem. But when I remove the phone from my ear, the sensor doesnt register that, so the screen remains black. So I cant do anything after my call, because my phone thinks I'm still holding it against my ear I think.

One option is to push the bottom on the top before closing the conversation, but that's not the solution I want. When I push it on a wrong moment of when it's to late, the only solution is to take out the battery :-( (or connect it with a computer)

Anyone knows my problem and/or the solution?

I have exactly the same problem. I did a reset of my phone because I thought it might be because I was running low on memory, but this didn't resolve the issue. I'm thinking about taking it to a service center but maybe someone here on the forum has some advice to resolve it without the service troubles.

i had the same problem..SOLVED!!
if you had applied a film or a cover that disturbate the proximity sensor .. remove it and try.
I did it and i solved my problem black scren after calling..
