Help Black Screen Help!

I just did lgnpst and now my phone is on but at a black screen ive tried pwr off, battery out, and boot into recovery mode; nothing works please help!
 
1. Do you have a custom recovery?
2. If so, is it black when you go to it and did you delete any files from the system app file?
