Help Black screen Motorola Triumph???? Please help

I have the Motorola triumph and I was just texting on it when the screen suddenly went black. I pulled the battery and tried to turn it back on it buzzed but the boot logos did not show up. Then it went to the lock screen but everything was black. I could unlock it blind and it would unlock but to another black screen. I can't seem to be able to do a hard reset without seeing the screen though. Anybody know how to help?

I know this may sound weird but pop out the battery and squeeze the battery area and the front of the screen like your holding a sandwich in your hand. Give it a good squeeze enough to maybe break a lays potato chip in your hand but not enough to crush a crunchy chettos (gotta love technical terms lol). Do this all over the battery area. Pop back in the battery and turn it back on. If its still messed up you will need to call VM and see if its still covered under warranty.

If you do need a replacement ask for a grade A and not a grade B phone. Trust me
