Black screen

Hi, I just dropped my Huawei ascend G300, I get a black/blue screen but every other thing works. Even the touchscreen still works. I tried turning it off and on but nothing changed. I live in Belgium so I don't know anything about Verizon. Any help?

OP here, just made an account, I forgot to mention the screen didn't crack
 
Are you under any kind of manufacturers warranty? It sounds like some sort of hardware failure after the drop which means it probably needs repaired or replaced. Get a hold of Huawei and see if they can do something for you.
