Help Blank Screen

So, I've just encountered the BSOD. I just installed "3D Koi Pond Live Screensaver" and as soon as it was installed my screen went blank. I tried a battery pull and now my phone will boot up as normal, but when I unlock the screen it goes right back to the blank screen. Any ideas? I'm using an un-rooted MoPho.

If you don't mind doing so, would you post the instructions on getting in to safe mode in case anyone else has this problem? Always good info to have handy!

To boot into Safe Mode I followed instructions posted by Mark on the Motorola Owner's Forum:

• Power the phone up.
• When you see the Dual core screen count to 3 then press both volume buttons.
• Then keep holding until you see safe mode on lock screen after Now screen.

It takes a couple of minutes to boot up.

Im having that sam problem and factory reset my phone and now when i unlock the phone its just blank with the notafication bar and the soft keys still work but nothing pops up the phone was rooted when i did this but now i can do anything can someone help me?:<
