Root BlissPop-v4.0.1-x5-UNOFFICIAL

Same here. It's probably a dpi thing
Nope, looked into our phone and saw that the dpi is set at what it's supposed to be set at: 240. However, I just tried 180 and 220dpi and YouTube quality remained at 360p. So I don't think it's a dpi issue. On a side note, 220dpi works pretty well. Text is a little small but that isn't a problem for me.

It's a kernel thing.

UPDATED OP

UPDATE 6-27-2015 :
https://www.androidfilehost.com/?fid=24052804347765853
Added some DRM stuff to vendor tree.
Hopefully fixed Vine & Snapchat video issues.
Switched SElinux to permissive by default
Haven't had any issues with LTE(so if you do, I'm sorry)
I'm on VirginMobile but choose SprintLTE APN(didn't flash APN fix)
You must be joking... Just flashed the last version RIGHT before you updated lol so all the bugs I was about to report are probably not important. I guess I'm flashing this now haha

On the previous version. My lte is pretty solid for the most part, so I'm happy there, but my phone doesn't seem to be going into deep sleep. Better battery stats isn't showing anything unusual in partial wakelocks, and it can't read anything in kernel wakelocks.

The new version is working better for me, LTE is strong instead of dropping and picking up. Is overclocking not an available feature? Saw it under performance on the last build, though it did not work for me. Now there is only kernel auditor, except it's misspelled adiutor

LTE (ting) nice and solid here, compared with current cm12.1. Can watch videos inside apps now, too. Thanks bad mofo! Noticed the mofo carrier label :P

Seems like the brightness slider isn't working.. anyone else seeing this?

Overclocking is available in kernel auditor. No need to build kernel options when kernel auditor is built-in and more reliable.

Works here, maybe try to dirty flash over current setup.

I was listening to music for about seven hours straight, with viper working even! Haven't gotten viper to work on any other LP ROM. Also had no audio bugs. It's been at least a month or two since I've had a ROM without occasional audio issues. Aaaaand then viper stopped working. Every time I would click the persistent viper notification to go into the app and adjust settings, it would cancel playback and boot the currently playing song out of the queue altogether. Then the driver uninstalled itself and no attempts to fix it have so far worked. I will have to reflash the ROM entirely. I have a catlog that should explain what happened to a more knowledgeable person than I.

Ckpcw, the brightness slider is working for me. Also, I had noticed the mofo tag as well, took me a few minutes to get it

Just found it! Awesome, thank you. There's a lot of fun goodies hidden in kernel adiutor lol :p

Edit: so far, the only problems I've seen are the viper issue, and couldn't install xposed. But that might yet be fixed. Otherwise, this ROM is great, really snappy with some awesome features and customizations I haven't seen on other ROMs. Music is huge to me, so viper is kind of a loss, but I'm really reluctant to flash anything else lol

Just downloaded this rom, currently running carbon rom will flash this later after I use the carbon. Cm11 had too many issues for me. The phone didn't work nor small but lte was always on and blazing fast

Hey, great job on this rom! So far everything except for one thing is working for me. My phone refuses to see my android wear (paired over Bluetooth) whether it's in the actual Bluetooth settings or in the android wear app. I'll post a logcat once I get home

Edit: here we are

Edit part 2: figured out that it's a problem on the watch end. You need to factory reset it every time you pair it to a new phone, so all is well now

Ok, first and foremost, thanks to the Dev and all those who support the work done on this amazing rom for the x5! I have much more to say but it's late and I'm tired. Secondly, "Adiutor" is the proper spelling and it means "helper/assistant" in Latin, as it's developer mentioned in another forum, possibly even the app itself Idk. Everything starts to bleed together after 36 hours of no sleep. Both these devs deserve a pay raise.

Does this also have camera tint/video recording problems of CM12?
No picture issues here, though I never record video so I don't know about that one

I cannot get the Google app to work for me at all. So no mic tap < Google voice search for me, I guess?

The only problem I've had (that hasn't been mentioned yet) is that setting LiveDisplay to automatic doesn't really work. Switching between night and day manually works fine, but automatic has been kind of hit and miss for me.

Awesome rom but I've been having major issues losing GPS when using this or Z5 custome debl0ated roms. I cant ever get 1 satellite anymore. Ive tried the gps.conf too. It seems removing some app disables GPS :(
