Help Bloatware removal, questions on root

Hey guys what's good I'm pretty new to this android thing but think its cool with the options and potential it has I got galaxy s4g I rooted it thinking I can get custom roms but see theres none available for this phone yet wanna know what bloatware is safe to remove and how I can flash a custom tom when available and wanna know what other cool things I can do with phone please thanks and bless all 1
