Can someone tell me how to block spam messages. I have GMAIL, and the spam is coming in crazy!

Really I do not get them as much, I simply clear out my spam folder, it should automatically delete after 30 days.
it is why i have two accounts. one is for my friends and the other account is for everything else. i barely get anything on my personal account.

Well my real email, fragileflies, I give out to business who wants to rap with me
I personally don't use my Gmail address for anything beyond a google credential. My personal email accounts have a spam filter provided by my provider that I have toggled on. For the spam that slips through that filter I mark as spam on my Sammy phone which blocks future mail from that sender.

When you get spam, tap the 3 dot icon (overflow) in the upper right.
(You must tap on the spam first.)
Then tap 'Report Spam'.
From then on, anything from that address will be sent to your spam folder.
You can delete it from there, but spam is auto deleted every 30 days anyway.
