Help blocked in fastboot

hi, sorry for my little english.
I've a problem, my HTC one S doesn' work. I tried to install a ROM and now i can use only the bootloader, someone could help me please?

Well, it says that your bootloader is locked. You have to unlock that and flash a recovery before flashing a ROM. There is a sticky about how to do all that in the all things root section.
