Blocking mode toggle switch or app with similar functionality?

I have a Samsung Galaxy S3 and have found the "Blocking Mode" feature to be very useful; however, it's annoying to me to have to go into my settings first to turn it on. AT&T decided that adding the toggle to the notifications shade toggles was something we don't get.

Is there an app (similar to HD Widgets) that allows adding a toggle switch for this feature?

Or is there another app, with a toggle switch widget, that offers similar functionality? I've already tried "I'm Sleeping", and it doesn't meet my needs for the reason below.

I do NOT want an app that only allows me to turn it on automatically at set times, as my schedule varies. I need to turn it on manually, but in as few steps as possible. I also need the whitelist feature so that people of my choosing can call and still reach me.

Is there anything out there that will meet my needs?

Can anyone help?
 
Hey ginger, i havent seen anything like that. Is blocking mode a Samsung feature?
If so, maybe bypass that feature and use another way of setting quiet times that has a toggle widget?

it is a samsung feature, yes. The trouble is, I don't want the phone to just be silent, as I can do that without an app - I want it to be silent except for my alarm, the notification LED to be off, but still allow certain people's calls to get through (basically because, if they're calling while I'm trying to sleep, it's an emergency) - this is what blocking mode does for me. I can turn it on or off manually when I need to, but with my current launcher, this is a multi-step process, so I'm looking to streamline it, if at all possible.
 
You mean your carrier removed it from the notification shade? Evennif you swipe left or right on the toggles?

yes, even if I swipe left or right, the toggle is not there. I have wi-fi, bluetooth, GPS, vibrate, screen rotation, airplane mode, power saving, driving mode, allshare cast, multi window, and sync. No blocking mode toggle and there doesn't seem to be any way to edit the selections. I'd love to ger rid of at least half of those :P
 
What android version are you on? In my case, driving mode disappears and blocking mode got added to the toggles after updating.

4.1.2, which is the latest available from my carrier at the moment (AT&T)

the latest update gave me allshare cast and multi window, which are completely useless to me. I'd much rather have the blocking mode toggle.

At the same time, I think I'd rather find another app that does it independently of the OS, since I may not always have a Samsung phone, but will likely always have an Android phone.
