Blocking Mode - Verizon Note 3

Question to any of the folks who have received their Verizon GN3:

Did Verizon again remove Samsung's Blocking Mode feature as they did with GN2 and GS3/GS4?

Update: Got a hold of the Verizon GN3 user manual... page 175 describes Blocking Mode - so I guess VZ didn't mess with it this time!
