is Blu Kuban compatible with the agat kernel? or would i need to get another one?
and by putting a different kernel i would lose my agat kernel?

there are many agat kernal. blu kuban is ics so you need an ics kernal for that rom

Follow the instructions in the OP for that ROM. It will flash its kernel in when you install it.

Each rom comes with its own kernel :thumbup:

No need for a kernel flash unless you want a custom one

Nope, Blu Kuban is an ICS ROM, and I'm assuming that you're still on ICS, so all you have to do is flash the ROM and you're gravy.

I THINK the only other thing you will have to do is the MMS fix, which is in the One Stop Shop.

Take your time and read and follow the instructions, and it should go fine. There are several people who like this ROM..

I loved it except my phone would turn off randomly though out the day. Id hit the button to check for missed call or message and it would be off.

To Install
Boot to recovery
Make an NAND Backup
Wipe the phone (with the Format All X2 script)
Flash the ROM
Boot the phone
Go to the updater (Under the stock section) and install Part 2 (Two part install is to finish theming Talk)
Reboot and Enjoy

Nah, pretty much any AOKP/AOSP ROM will have higher battery drain than the TouchWiz ROMs. Just comes with the territory.
