Help Blue dots/patches on the screen

Hi,
My HTC wildfire phone has developed these blue dots/patches on a part of its screen. I am not sure whether they are dead pixels or whether theres a fluid leakage.
What could it be. and if so how much does it cost for a screen replacement(in India)
