Help blue frame

dlhontz1

Lurker
I recently got this thin blue frame around the edge of my screen. It is there no matter what app is running. Somebody please tell me how to get rid of this. Thank you.
Dan.

Go to Menu>Settings>More>Developer Options and see if anything is checked under the Drawing section and then uncheck it. Same for the Monitoring section.

Hi dlhontz1, welcome to Android Forums :-)

Is Settings>Accessibility>"Magnification gestures" turned on?

It sounds like you've accidentally magnified the screen, that's what the blue frame usually signifies. Turn the setting off if you don't need it, it can be quite annoying :-)

You're very welcome. It's one of those irritations that you'd never guess the cause the first time it happens. Fortunately it's easy to fix :-)
