blue LED blink when phone is off

I turned my DX off last night and noticed that every once in a while a blue LED flash. It was not on the charger. Is this normal? Anybody else notice this?

I don't know, but blue LED means a new text message for me. Sorry for not being much help but maybe try looking into the manual.

For me it means my bluetooth is connected.

The blue LED comes on when I have an unread text (using handcent). But why would any lights be on when the phone is turned off? I'm baffled.
