Blue light special?

Hi all...my blue light is is blinking non stop when the screen is off. No notifications or anything waiting....what could it be?

Do you have it set to blink while charging? I had a solid red light at first when it was charging and I turned that off!

It's blinking blue while off the charge and phone screen is off and no notifications awaiting. What could it be? Anyone?
