Root Blue Screen

I am trying to factory reset my ally after it being slow and buggy. Now when I try to reset it will turn off then turn back on with a blue screen. Help! All I want to do is reset my phone.

More info! Are you rooted? Custom rom? Custom recovery? Is the blue screen fastboot? Has small white writing in the upper left corner saying so.

Does the phone still boot up ok?? Does it go straight to a blue screen or does it show the splash screeen/s? I would go to getitnowmarketing's all in one recovery thread to manually reflash the recovery.
