Root Blue Screen

This happened twice. I was filming with my camera app, the stock one, and when I closed the app, I got a blue screen. The led keys still vibrated when I pressed them, and then the phone rebooted. I'm on rom#2. Its really weird.

I got the blue screen tonight while receiving a phone call. Before I could answer the phone the screen went bright blue. the phone froze up, and eventually rebooted. What's up?
