Help Blue square on lock screen

This afternoon I pulled out my phone, hit the power button to wake it up and noticed on my lock screen there is a blue square in the lower right corner of the screen. When I unlock the phone the square disappears. Has anyone else had this?

okay so after posting this I hit the power button again and all was normal

Some partially loaded weather, time or news apps will appear as a blue place on the screen.
