Blue Tooth Issues

If I call out from from my hero and have the bluetooth ear piece in, it works fine. If I answer a call, the bluetooth isn't detected. Any ideas why? Have used this bluetooth for quite sometime, just recently got the Hero and it just started happening.

Are you answering using the phone? or using the earpiece.

My earpiece doesn't work if i answer using the answer button on the phone. Also it seems to take an extra couple of seconds to answer using the earpiece.

Mine is the same, you have to use the button on the hands free device to answer and use the hands free when somebody calls you, but if you call out and your hands free is connected it will automatically use that.
