Help Blueant v1/Ascend issues

Is there an app to correct issues between Blueant V1 & Ascend M860? Blueant will pair but not offer "accept" or "ignore" incoming calls and can't recognize phone's contact list to call out.When prompted, V1 will say "attempting to connect with phone's inbuilt phone commands," but nothing happens. Blueant tech says it could be OS 2.1 issuse. The local Cricket store says they don't know and 2.2 might not fix it. Anyone else have this problem, or know how to solve it?

Have you tried flashing the froyo+ model yet? Its rooted 2.2.1

Might work then.
