Help Bluetooth - Airplane Mode & Idle Bug

Has anyone experienced the following?

I have a bluetooth speaker in my car. When I connect my phone to it during my morning commute, it works perfectly. Since I don't have cell service in my office building (metal walled building), I put my phone in "Airplane Mode" when I get to work. After a productive day of workatude, I take my phone out of "Airplane Mode" during my walk to the car. I connect my phone to the bluetooth speaker, and away I go. BUT....when my phone, as it lay in my cup holder, goes into idle/standby mode, I hear a voice exclaim...."PHONE ONE DISCONNECTED!" The only weird fix I found to work is to momentarily put my phone back into Airplane Mode, then out of Airplane Mode.........then, it stays connected at all times. But doing that is a pain in the buttocks. Why should I have to do that? (Plus, I'm driving and that really isn't safe to be doing).

By the way.........this still happens after receiving the OTA 4.0.4 update.

Things that make you go hmmmm.......Any ideas?
