Help Bluetooth and phone ringer

I did a search and i found nothing that I am looking for in particular. I would like to just have my Bluetooth headset (moto rokr s9-hd) ring and not the phone itself. If I turn the phone on silent or vibrate it seems to silence the ringer on the headset. I want to hear when I have a text or phone call with out anyone else hearing my alerts.

Is there an app or setting somewhere that I just cant find?
