Help Bluetooth audio issues***CM7 ROM

First I was thirlled that pg's cm7 rom was the first that allowed me to listen to music on my phone through bluetooth but then... I noticed when bluetooth is connected my ringtones dont play, phone just vibrates which I guess isnt all that bad but my text ringtone sure as hell plays through bt.
Any way to stop this without losing the music through bt feature?

settings > cyanogenmod settings > sound

Look into "notification focus" as well as the "volume if music is playing" options.

Should be what you are looking for.
