Help Bluetooth audio stops working

I recently got a Bluetooth headset (LG HBS-700). It mostly connects to my Note just fine, but a few times now I don't have any audio connection, even though the device seems to otherwise be paired normally. When this happens the pause/play button seems to work and it looks like my device is playing audio (either through the music player or my podcast player) but no sound is being output via the bluetooth headset or the phones speakers. I do hear alerts through the bluetooth speakers though. The first time it happened today was when I first started using it, I tired a few things including turning on and off the headset, and I don't know what finally got it to work about 15 minutes later. The second time it had been working fine listening to a podcast, and then I got a phone call that I took through the headset, and after that no audio. I had to reboot both the phone and headset to get it working again.

Have you tried going to settings> Bluetooth then select the settings on your BT device, then check media audio?
