In my car, when BT audio syncs to my phone it auto starts my music player, even if that app isn't running. Is there any way to shut this feature off? Is it a phone or car feature?

i havent experienced that myself as my car doesnt have bluetooth, but im betting its a setting in the music app that autolaunches when connected. or perhaps in the bluetooth settings. what audio player are you using?
I know poweramp has this setting. What music player are you using so we might be able to tell you where to look. Press menu while in the player and look for settings/options.
I use the Android Music app, the one that came installed on the phone. I forgot to mention that when I'm logged in to my Amazon MP3 cloud it'll play songs from there when I pause my music player. So I have to keep i logged out now.
