Help Bluetooth causing phone to reboot

Has anyone else had this issue?

Whenever I use a bluetooth headset, as soon as I disconnect the headset OR turn bluetooth off, the phone will reboot itself. Also, when I press the bluetooth toggle to turn it off and the phone reboots, once the phone is back on bluetooth is still on but I am then able to turn it off.

This also happens on my wife's phone with a different bluetooth headset.

I listen to tunes daily using bluetooth stereo headsets.... have for months now. Never had that problem. Something must be pooched. I hope someone has a suggestion for a fix. I only chimed in to point out your reboot is NOT natural.
