Help Bluetooth connection to car

Hi there I'm new to this, so hi to everyone. If it is possible I could do with some help I've tried everything I can think of. I have a Samsung galaxy s4 and got a new car a couple of week ago. It a seat alter xl but I'm having problems connecting my Bluetooth to the car Bluetooth so if there is any sort of help or information out there I would be greatful as I'm at my wits end now. Moe

If it can't connect using the "proper" pairing method then it's a compatibility problem. I could never get my S4 to hold the connection in my M3. I have tried all sorts of apps but nothing worked. According to the Seat site up to Jelly Bean is supported.
