Help Bluetooth connection with Prius

I have set up a connection with my phone and car. It worked fine until yesterday the Prius started asking me to enter passcode 1111 into the phone. Where do you do this?? I opened the keypad and typed it into the dialer, no luck. I even typed it in and hit dial, no luck.

I've put the phone in "discoverable" mode too. no luck. How can i get this to connect with my car again? any suggestions?​

Should be bluetooth settings -> scan for devices, then enter the code.
