Help Bluetooth device name changes back and forth

I paired my bluetooth phone up to my stereo in the car initially after setting my bluetooth device name to a custom name. Then I noticed some weeks ago that the name had reverted back to SGH-I897. So I paired that up to my radio as well. The other day, I checked my stereo and it was paired back up to the custom name on my Captivate. Now today it's back to SGH-I897.

Is anyone else having this problem?
