Help Bluetooth DS980 Icon on X8.

Hello people!

I have a bluetooth headset DS 980 paired with my x8.
The thing is,it s pairing ok,but the icon never changes to the normal headset icon on the toolbar on the top of my home screen.Instead the icon indicates that the headset still tries to pair with the phone.
Why is that? How can I delete the headset from the X8 and try again?

IS this normal or not on the X8?!?
