bluetooth fm transmitter problem

I'm trying to play audio over a2dp on a Bluetooth fm transm8tter, I've got it paired and when I hold my finger down on settings there is only an option for phone audio which works how do I get one for media?

Not sure exactly what you are trying to do here. I will assume that you have music on your Hero and want to play it over your car audio via a BT transmitter.

The Hero uses the A2DP BT profile for music - which is the profile designed for high quality stereo output. By the sound of it your BT transmitter does not have the A2DP profile, but instead uses the lower quality mono handsfree profile. Many kits designed as car kits for phones only have that profile. If that is the case you will not be able to pair up so that the music will be transmitted

You don't need it. The Sensation already uses the BT A2DP profile to transmit music and other sounds (e.g. sat nav instructions) this way. Just pair the Sensation with your BT headphones and you will be able to listen to your music.
