Hi all. I have an old (2003) ALK Co-pilot Bluetooth GPS unit. (This is it >> clicky <<)
I turned on my Bluetooth, and within seconds it showed up as BTGPS 2A6884. I selected it, entered its passkey (0183) and it came up paired but not connected.
This was on 2.3.1 - I have upgraded to 2.3.2 and now 2.3.3 - and am still having the same problem.
I have downloaded Bluetooth GPS from android market and under 2.3.2 managed to get satellite readings (9 visible and in use - phone GPS off) - but no lat/long.
Any ideas? Is it a driver issue or is it because it is old tech?
The reason I want to use it (it worked fine on my N97) is because I have it connected to an external antenna in my car.
