Bluetooth headsets for Ascend?

I lost the use of my headset when I upgraded to cm7 and I was wondering how is the bluetooth on cm7? Are there better headsets that are not super expensive out there? What is best to use, I really hate holding my phone when I drive, I want to go hands free.
