Root Bluetooth Help

I am running skyraider 3.3 and I just got a bluetooth headset (Jawbone Icon). The headset works to listen to music and make calls initiated on the phone. I do not have the ability to use voice commands through the headset though. I think I may have deleted the files for it using titanium backup. What route should I take to get it fixed?

I don't think voice commands work through bluetooth.
