I'm having an issue with my incredible. After several months of working well, I cannot get it to work with my car. I have a BMW 2010 535i. I can pair the phone, but I can't get it to work. I've unpaired it and re-paired it, but to no avail. The phone is not one their officially supported devices, so BMW won't help. Anyone have similar issues?

Interesting. My phone was acting up the other day and unpaired then re-paired. I was always having issues with it pairing to the parrot kit I put in my VW. It would take up to 10 minutes sometimes to pair. Since I re-paired it connects within a minute or so. All I can say is continue to un-pair put it in discovery mode let it find it then re-pair. Try codes/passwords 0000 and 1234 unless your car has a different code. Try a battery pull. Doesn't make sense considering it was working fine before.
(BTW- You've probably tried all of this already)

My mother in law had a problem with her BMW too...it was a new device...a replacement Incredible but it refused to pair. The old one worked just fine.

I was able to pair today after work. I turned off Bluetooth in the car after impairing device. Unpaired the incredible. Let the car sit for a few hours at work, with the key far away. And, lo and behold, it pairs and works. It's a little flaky, I guess.
