Help bluetooth keyboard problems

I'm using a mini Bluetooth keyboard. First pairing went fine, I could type and use the media controls with no issues. Then for some reason the keyboard stopped typing and instead only acts like a shortcuts bar (I.e. Typing the letter.B (opens the browser.). I've tried pairing and unpairing them but nothing seems to fix the issue. Is there some setting Ive missed??

is this the MOTO official keyboard?

welp, all you can do is restart the xoom and unpair/re-pair the keyboard. there is not much else to configure--speaking about the moto official keyboard.

has this happened form day one of use or after a while?

worse case take it back and exchange. i have not yet encountered this issue and i have had the moto official BT keyboard since launch day..

No this is one of those mini bt keyboards from China not the moto official.
