Bluetooth kit and sat-nav

I am planning on buying a Bluetooth car speaker kit for use whilst driving. I will also be using Google navigation at the same time and I was wondering a few things:

a) if the kit can upload my contact list, does the desire have the ability to transfer these details

b) what happens when a call is incoming and I am using Google nav. Will the phone still just display the peraon you are talking to or will it revert back to the nav screen?

c) does anyone have any recommendations for a reasonable priced one that connects to your visor

It goes to the phone call screen. Use can switch it back though....

yes and yes, the second is annoying.

The worse bit though is that the nav sound will play through the phones speaker, unless you are in a call then it will play through the bluetooth speaker, meaning you can't hear your caller, seems to be no way around this.
