Help Bluetooth - Network Service Error

When attempting to make a call from my car via bluetooth, the car has an error which states 'no network service' after dialing... meaning (i think) connection between the phone and sprint. I can dial from the phone ok, though not the car... Anyone else ever see this sort of thing? It may be an issue on the car side of things, not sure of anything at this point.

If I dial via the phone, then the bluetooth is fine for mic and speaker...

the car is a 08' Benz C300 Sport
