Yes, I occasionally have problems with it. Haven't quite figured out what the issue is. Try a soft reset and see if it helps. Also, I had a widget that was supposed to toggle Bluetooth. When I started having problems I deleted it and went back to settings. It is a bit more reliable that way for me.
