I'm guessing you want to turn the Note 2 bluetooth off?

Turn Bluetooth On / Off - Samsung Galaxy Note II

1. From a Home screen, select Apps (lower-right).
2. From the Apps tab, select Settings.
3. Select the Bluetooth switch to enable or disable.
   Your Samsung Galaxy Note® II is visible to other devices as long as the Bluetooth® settings screen is open and Bluetooth is turned on.
4. With Bluetooth turned, tap the device name (at the top, to the right of the Phone icon).
   By default, the device is visible for 2 minutes. To change the visibility timeout:
   1. Tap Menu (lower left).
   2. Tap Visibility timeout then select one of the following:
      • 2 minutes
      • 5 minutes
      • 1 hour
