Help Bluetooth problem

Newbie
I have a Jabra BT3030 "Dogtag" and it doesn't work well at all with my Galaxy; when I listen to music, it plays it in like 2 second spurts, cutting off in between.

I used the same BT device with my HTC Touch HD and there was no problem whatsoever.

Anyone have similar experiences? Can anyone provide a solution?

I'm using a rooted Galaxy and I have the latest firmware

Easy Galaxy method? Got a link for that?

Sorry, I know this isn't helping. Generic advice; is it the same after a clean reboot with nothing else running?

hes meaning a factory reset from settings, its recommended

your headset may not be compatible with the device bluetooth stack. bluetooth does not have any governing standard so devices are not always compatible

htc touch is not an android device so its not comparible. just because its the latest it doesnt mean it should work

speak with the manufacturer of the headset and get an up to date compatability matrix from them. if the samsung is not there then there will be reasons why. ask them if theyve known any issues with other android phones

I checked the website and apparently it's not compatible :(

Is there any way I can find out which BT stereo devices are compatible without having to check the compatibility matrix of each one?
