Help Bluetooth problem

hi. i am having trouble turning on Bluetooth on my galaxy 5. when i tap the turn on Bluetooth, i get this loading screen and then. nothing much. the turn on Bluetooth option comes again. any help is appreciated. thank you

Just to confirm, which Bluetooth option are you tapping PurPL3? On mine (standard 2.1 ROM) within the Settings menu, I have a 'Bluetooth' menu item, with just a tickbox to turn Bluetooth on and off, and a separate 'Bluetooth Settings' menu.

On mine when I click the turn on Bluetooth checkbox, I get words saying "turning on", then a green tick appears in the checkbox - is that what doesn't happen for you?

sorry, for the late reply.I have some problem with my android i guess, the batter backup comes for only 3 hours even in standby mode.
i can't use the bluetooth via the menu item, nor the settings thing.
I'm returning the cell back for a software re-install again, lets see. thanks for the help anyways!

wow, such a long time again!! anyways the cell phone had a hardware problem and since the purchase was three days old i got a replacement offer, but i choose to give 3000 rs more and buy galaxy 3 instead, so now i have a galaxy 3 with awesome battery backup and blue tooth is also working lol.. thanks for your help mate, thanks a lot
