Help Bluetooth Problem

I seem to have run into only one problem since rooting.
My Nexus will not pair with bluetooth in my car. Up until rooting I had no problems and it worked like a charm. I've looked at all the settings in phone and car and am clueless. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
In a lighter note, I successfully flashed my first custom rom last night. I went with AOKP. Then this morning I flashed Franco's kernel.
Lovin this phone.
Only problem was getting backup assistant back, but finally remembered my Titanium Backup and it worked like a charm. If I can figure out how to get all my Verizon contacts transferred to my Google, I would be much happier.

With google i wentto Google Voice and put the number is i didnt have. Or maybe Gmail them to yourself and save the contact there.

I have a problem with the bluetooth too. sometimes it pairs sometimes not and i have to turn one or the other off then back on. I am using the Motarola Elite Flip. But i think the bluetooth issue is common and not just from rooting
