Help Bluetooth Question

I have a question about my bluetooth device and my S4. Everything was working fine but now something has changed. When I pressed the make a call button on my blue ant visor the S4 would then begin to initiate the process of making the call asking me who I wanted to call, then ask me to pick a contact, say "ok" then make the call.

Now when I press the call button the samsung Svoice thing comes up and asks me what I want to do next.

I'm not sure what changed or if I did something to the phone but I actually prefer the old way it handled calls then to the Svoice asking me what I want to do and most of the times I have to end up picking up my phone and manually selecting the contact and dialing from the phone.

Any clues or answers appreciated.

thanks
Pete

When it asks you what you want to do, try "call John", or whoever you want to call. You're just getting more choices this way - you can send a text, open a file, etc.

S Voice doesn't seem to be worth a damn.
Mine is - that's about all I ever say every time it pops up. About 7 times during dinner conversation last night, until I excused myself and dropped it off in another room.

Most of the Samsung specific features are underwhelming. The only ones I find worthwhile are the Smart Stay and Split Screen. (And being able to move apps to microSD.)
Goodspike, I'm not overwhelmed, I'm not underwhelmed, I'm not whelmed at all. Split screen may be nice once in a while once you're used to Android and having to switch apps the Android way. The only thing I really like about my Note 3 (aside from the size, so I can read the darned screen) is the pen - so I can use the darned keyboard. Cataracts, old, not too steady hands and a small cellphone do NOT work well together.

(Hey, I got my OTG cable - finally - so if it gets really bad I can plug in a full-sized keyboard. Already tested, and it works fine.)

Rukbat, the main reason I like split screen is that when driving the two programs I use the most often are Navigation and a music player. It's nice to have them both up at the same time so I don't have to mess with switching apps while driving. Also, Navigation keeps the screen on.

Other than that, I really have no use for Split Screen, and when it originally came out I had no use for it because it didn't work with the music players I used.
