Accessories Bluetooth Receiver for Aux Input?

Has anyone figured out a good solution for streaming audio via Bluetooth to a car stereo's aux in? This seems to be the only thing I can find:

Some time ago I bought a Blackberry Remote Stereo Gateway to use with my Droid. I think it was around $30 or $40. It's about 1.5 inches square by 1/4 inch thick. It worked pretty well except it would not automatically connect about 10 percent of the time. I only used it for about a week or two until I got a car stereo with built-in bluetooth. You might want to google it for reviews.
