Help Bluetooth Streaming - Playing from Sources at the Same time (e.g. Pandora + SD card)

Hey all,

I am currently having some problems controlling the audio on my phone via bluetooth in my car.

When I press the button for the next track on Pandora, that would automatically activate the Android Music Player and play whatever I have stored on the SD card. Ultimately, what I have is 2 sources of music playing at the same time.

Only way to fix it is to get rid of the SD card. OR I can switch tracks using the phone itself.

I realize that this problem isn't limited to the Droid X. I've read about this happening on the Incredible as well.

Anyone know whether a patch (or Froyo can fix this)?

Thanks!

I've been trying to figure this out as well. Hope someone has a fix.

This happened on my Moto Droid(orig.) and i found that I had the Headset controls on in both apps and that caused my problem and by choosing which music player app had the headset controls ON was my fix for this same scenario.

Maybe that's what ya' need to check if you have not yet.

Best Regards...

Hey, that seems plausible. I do have one question though.. How can I set which the headset controls?

Pressing the menu button on either players don't bring anything up that pertains to that.

Any ideas?

Thanks for the suggestion too!

I was wondering that as well. I know DoubleTwist has an option but I expected something a little more universal.
